Coffee is good for some but deadly for others. This is the alternative.

Coffee is considered a healthy drink if consumed in moderation, but it can be very harmful to people with very high blood pressure.
And a new study said that drinking two or three cups of coffee per day is associated with an increased risk of death as a result of heart problems for those who suffer from high blood pressure. And the risk of death from heart disease for coffee drinkers who consumed two or more cups per day was twice as high as for those who did not drink coffee.
Furthermore, whereas coffee addiction was more severe in individuals with severely high blood pressure, the same tendency (risk of mortality) did not exist in those with normal or mildly elevated blood pressure.
The researchers, who are from Japan, studied the cases of 18,000 people between the ages of 40 and 79. According to the study, drinking red tea in any quantity has no effect on heart health. This is the first study to find a link between coffee consumption and death from heart disease in people with very high blood pressure. One of the researchers said in the study that the results supported the assertion that people with high blood pressure should refrain from excessive coffee drinking.
